KPI

In the KPI screen, you view the theoretical hours and distances according to the PTV map. These are the calculated driving hours and kilometers based on how the order was entered. By setting a cost price per truck, trailer, and driver yourself, a post-calculation of the order is automatically generated.

As soon as a trip is adjusted in the schedule, for example due to uncoupling, intermodal transport, or a changed address, the system recalculates the hours and distances via PTV. These values ​​are multiplied again by the set cost prices, so that differences between the order and the schedule become immediately visible.

In addition to theoretical calculations, execution can also be included. This involves working with the actual kilometers driven and hours worked per trip, including waiting times at locations.

This data comes from the on-board computer and time registration and provides the most realistic picture of costs and performance. This extensive integration is optional and depends on the systems used.

The KPI analysis is performed weekly and provides insights per truck, trailer, driver, and client. You can view revenue, costs, and results in a clear overview. All data can be exported to Excel to create your own KPI reports, such as utilization rate and cost-benefit analyses per vehicle or chassis.
