What data does Erniesoft B.V. collect?

1. Your name, street name, house number and any additional details, as well as other contact details such as your telephone number and email address.

2. The contracts entered into and order confirmations.

3. Your Chamber of Commerce extract.

What does Erniesoft B.V. use this data for?

If you are a customer of Erniesoft B.V. or have requested information from Erniesoft B.V., Erniesoft B.V. uses your data to fulfil the obligations arising from the concluded software agreements and order confirmations.

Data storage

All data is stored in our information system under your personal, anonymised customer code.

Who has access to your data?

If you are a customer: Only employees of Erniesoft B.V. have direct access to your data. Furthermore, certain data is provided to third parties in specific cases:

Your name and address details, as well as your telephone number and email address, are provided to our

partners if, within our software, you also use software or hardware from

a third party, such as an on-board computer or a PTV card;

2.

Your name and address details, as well as your telephone number and email address, will be provided to a

contracted bailiff or debt collection agency in the event of late payment;

3.

Your name and address details, as well as your telephone number and email address, will be provided to our

solicitor in the event of a dispute;

4.

Your name and address details, as well as your telephone number and email address, will be provided, only with your

consent, to a partner company for a reference visit;

Commercial purposes

Erniesoft B.V. will under no circumstances provide your personal data to third parties whose purpose is to contact you for commercial purposes without your explicit consent.

Security and retention period

Erniesoft B.V. will ensure that your data is stored securely and adequately protected against unauthorised use, unauthorised access, alteration or unlawful destruction. Your data will be retained for as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned above, or to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations, or to resolve any disputes (all in accordance with the statutory retention period).

Access, correction and erasure

You may submit requests to access, correct or erase data in writing to our office via info@erniesoft.nl. Erniesoft B.V. will, in principle, respond to your request within four weeks. Erniesoft B.V. will delete your personal data as soon as possible unless and insofar as the law requires us to retain the personal data in question or there are other compelling reasons that prevent deletion.
