How does onboarding with Erniesoft work?

The onboarding process starts with setting up e-Lips TMS based on your organization and working methods. We ensure a logical and efficient setup that aligns with your daily processes. We configure master data, order flows, planning, reports, and documents in your corporate style, among other things. Additionally, we connect e-Lips TMS with ports, terminals, customers, accounting systems, and onboard computers. This creates a single central system for planning, administration, and execution.

Following the setup, explanation and guidance take place. Employees receive targeted training tailored to their role within the company. We work with practical examples and take the time to answer questions so that everyone can quickly work independently with e-Lips TMS. Planners learn to plan and adjust efficiently, administration gains insight into and control over orders and invoicing, and drivers work with clear instructions and simple feedback via the app.

The go-live follows the preparation phase. During this phase, we provide active guidance to ensure a smooth transition and that daily processes continue uninterrupted. We remain closely involved to address questions immediately and make adjustments where necessary.

Erniesoft remains involved even after the go-live. Through support and additional explanations, we ensure that users continue to be well supported. New employees can be easily onboarded, and existing users continue to expand their knowledge.

We guide the entire process from the start of the implementation to the go-live. This includes not only the configuration and connections of e-Lips TMS, but also training and employee support. In most cases, a transport company can go live with e-Lips TMS within approximately 4 weeks. This is a rough estimate; the actual lead time depends on the size of the organization and the time employees have available for training.
