In 2021, Braanker Trucking decided to switch to Erniesoft’s e-Lips TMS. The aim was to achieve maximum efficiency with a transport management system fully tailored to container transport in the Netherlands and beyond.

Extensive automation with e-Lips TMS
Braanker Trucking utilises integrations with Exact Globe and Exact Synergy. Thanks to these integrations, invoices are automatically exported to the financial administration system, saving time and ensuring a reliable financial process.
In addition, automated tasks have been set up for customer communication. As soon as container details are known, the client automatically receives an email with the correct container information. This automation is fully aligned with Braanker Trucking’s working methods and requirements.
Centralised communication and reporting
Within e-Lips TMS, Braanker Trucking has access to comprehensive reporting capabilities. Clear and unambiguous communication is regarded as a core function of a transport management system.
Communication takes place via email, text message and WhatsApp, both manually and fully automatically.
For example, CMRs received as attachments can be automatically forwarded to clients. Other communication flows and reports are also set up systematically and sent automatically, without the need for staff intervention.
Pre-notifying containers from a single planning screen
For container transport, correct pre-notification to terminals is essential. Braanker Trucking makes extensive use of the pre-notification modules within e-Lips TMS. Containers are easily registered with, amongst others, Portbase, DP World, PSA and MSC.
Timeslots are booked and one or more containers registered directly from the planning screens. TAR and TAS codes and timeslot information are automatically retrieved, processed and immediately visible in the schedule. This data can be automatically forwarded to the driver.
