Route Planning

Make your route planning in e-Lips RDA TMS. Decide for yourself what the ride will look like! You record containers that you intend to uncouple or deposit in a depot in the route planning. You can also do this if you wish to combine two or more containers in one trip.

If you want to reload a container, you can record this in your planning screen. Link vehicles, trailers and drivers to your trips and forward them to your drivers.

If you have to pre-notify containers at the terminals, you are already linked to Portbase, PSA and DP World in e-Lips RDA.

Functions of Route Planning

Available basic functions for the schedule screen are (non-exhaustive):

  • Compile rides,
  • scheduling material on rides,
  • communication by email based on available reports,
  • possibly decoupling and splitting trips,
  • dropping off units on part of the ride,
  • marking of rides as performed in whole or in part,
  • creating fares of trips and transport orders in the pre-calculation table.
