eMobits is a modern on-board computer app for Android smartphones and tablets that is fully integrated with e-Lips TMS. With eMobits, you can easily manage and track your drivers in real time via a clear map. All journey information, status updates and communication are handled directly via the TMS and the app.
eMobits acts as the digital extension of your TMS and replaces the traditional on-board computer in the vehicle. The app is suitable for any transport company and for any type of transport. Drivers work with a single, clear app, whilst the schedule remains up to date at all times.
With the Track and Trace feature of the eMobits on-board computer app, you can track vehicles in real time on a clear map. You can immediately see where vehicles are located, whether they are moving, at what speed and in which direction. All information is displayed automatically and clearly.
Via the portal, you have full insight into vehicle and driver activities. View historical journeys as a route on the map or as a clear table showing times and activities carried out. Monitor tasks per vehicle, see what is active and what is still pending, and communicate live via the message centre with individual vehicles or groups.
This allows you to maintain constant control over planning, execution and communication.

Every transport operation and every journey can have a different question flow, tailored to the specific situation. The driver is guided step by step and only enters the information that is relevant at that moment.
This includes recording the seal number and container number, taking a CMR scan, adding a digital signature upon delivery, or answering specific questions in the event of discrepancies. This ensures that the correct information is always recorded at the right time.
All data entered, including scans, photos and signatures, is sent back in real time and processed immediately in the TMS. This eliminates the need for manual entry, speeds up administrative processes and provides a complete and reliable overview of every journey.
With the eMobits driver app, the recording of working hours and journey data is fully automated. Drivers log their activities directly in the app, ensuring that time tracking is accurate, clear and error-free. Driving and stopping times, breaks and hours worked per journey are recorded in real time.
The app automatically records the start and end times of journeys, so manual input is no longer necessary. All data is forwarded immediately for further processing.
The recorded hours are automatically transferred to e-CAO. This ensures that the hours are calculated and processed in accordance with the applicable collective labour agreement rules. This guarantees accurate payroll calculations, clear reports and support during audits and inspections.
