Recently, Lucasse Transport expressed its confidence in the collaboration with Erniesoft. We have jointly entered into an agreement to integrate e-Lips TMS into Lucasse Transport's business processes.

The choice for a complete TMS system specialized for sea container carriers

Lucasse Transport was looking for a planning system that would give the transport company more efficiency from planning to invoicing. The choice fell on the TMS system from Erniesoft.

A wide range of automation modules will be implemented:

➡️Pre-notification to Portbase, DP World and PSA terminals
➡️A link is realized between e-Lips TMS and Rietveld's on-board computer
➡️A link is realized between e-Lips TMS and the accounting software Twinfield
➡️The system will automatically send an e-mail to the client in case of imminent waiting hours and with information about the container and seal number.
➡️Lucasse Transport will benefit from the benefits of e-Lips Community. With the automatic order entry tool PDF To Order, PDF transport orders are read into e-Lips TMS with 1 click. The orders are automatically read in with this tool, without investing in building expensive links with the clients.
➡️Lucasse Transport will use the platform in e-Lips TMS to exchange journeys with fellow carriers. Erniesoft's TMS makes it possible to collaborate with other shipping container carriers within the community. Planning becomes more efficient by working together more. This results in fewer empty kilometres, enabling carriers to reduce CO2 emissions. Smart algorithms keep a close eye on the planning. When possible, e-Lips TMS gives efficiency advice to the planning.
