Service stations, customers, and refineries are recorded in the master data. The correct loading and unloading options are defined for each location, ensuring the system knows exactly where which products may be loaded and unloaded. For example, when diesel is being loaded, e-Lips TMS automatically prevents another product from being unloaded.
The system monitors the amount that may be unloaded per service station and takes into account nominations, tank capacity, and the diameter of the pit. Based on this data, e-Lips TMS automatically calculates what a service station needs, and the planning is adjusted accordingly. This information is immediately transmitted to the driver via the on-board computer.
Both the actual liters loaded and the liters converted to fifteen degrees are recorded. This is essential for accurate administration and billing. After execution, e-Lips TMS supports various billing methods, such as billing based on loading and unloading locations or based on a complete round trip from the starting point via unloading locations back to the starting point.
